In terms of feedback on your post, I would try and speak a little more loudly towards the end of your sentences. You have the habit of trailing off your volume, and it becomes challenging to hear what you're saying. In terms of content, your description of your interview with Mr. Hicks was certainly thorough, and I wonder if you could have been a little more succinct with your review. Although you did have notes, I think you went a little off the cuff and digressed a bit during the initial description of your interview.
You have a good presence, and it is clear that you've been working on your presentation style! You engaged the audience with eye contact, varied tone in your voice, and excitement in some of your conversations.
It seems as though you had a good conversation with Matt following the initiative panel. Hopefully you will continue to chat with individuals like this to keep inspired!
